Client: This interactive task project was completed for an HR Management college course.
Summary: The overall Human Resources Management course introduces students to the fundamental of strategic human resource management as applicable in nonprofits, private enterprises, and governmental organizations operating in or based in the United States.
Challenge: Creating and sustaining interest and engagement in the online college course.
Solution: In addition to textbook materials and other assignments, interactive tasks reinforce the chapter and learning materials allowing learners the opportunity to immediately apply concepts. Specifically, this interactive task reviews the introduction of Strategic Human Resources and the key terms from various roles within an organization. Learners will complete this interactive task in the second learning module of the course.
Result: After completing the interactive task, learners will understand and be able to apply strategic human resources key terms applicable to organizations.
