My Story

Professional Background

My career has always centered on communication and helping people grow. My journey began as an on-air personality, developing strengths in storytelling, clarity, and connection. My love for people led me into Human Resources, where I guide talent development initiatives and teach HR management as an adjunct instructor. Now, I integrate all of these experiences to also include instructional design and eLearning development to create impactful, learner-focused training that turns real-world needs into clear, engaging learning experiences.

Education and Certifications

Following my BBA in Human Resources from South University, I earned an MBA in Human Resources from Brenau University. I hold both the Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification from the HR Certification Institute and the Certified Professional in Human Resources (SHRM-CP) designation from the Society for Human Resources Management.

As a lifelong learner with a passion for growth and helping others succeed, I became a Gallup Certified Strength Coach, and completed certifications in DISC & Motivators, and Emotional Intelligence. Most recently, I earned the IDOL Academy's Certified Professional in Training and Performance (CPTP) certification.
