Client: Jekyll Island Authority
Summary: The Jekyll Island Authority operates several recreation and education amenities along with retail stores. Employees have varying levels of experience with customer service, this eLearning was developed to teach employees a simple, repeatable service process all employees can use to deliver excellent customer service.
Challenge: An inconsistency in the level of customer service provided to customers across all locations which negatively impacts the customer experience.
Solution: A 6-step customer service process was developed that provides employees with a framework for providing reliable service. Specifically, the eLearning training is an engaging learning experience that demonstrates expectations and allows learners to apply learning. Employees can complete this training within 30 days of starting employment.
Result: After completing the course, learners will be able to provide consistent, observable, excellent customer service according to the 6-step customer service framework.
