Summary: The Jekyll Island Authority operates several recreation and education amenities along with retail stores. Employees have varying levels of experience with customer service.
Challenge: An inconsistency in the level of customer service provided to customers across all locations which negatively impacts the customer experience.
Solution: A comprehensive solution was developed that provides employees with a 6-step customer service process for providing reliable service. Specifically, the Excellent Customer Service job aid outlines the 6-step process.
Result: Employees can approach their customer service roles with confidence knowing they have a proven, reliable process for providing consistent customer service with every interaction.
